The Ocean...
The Caribbean Ocean has at least two faces: One day it’s calm, crystal clear and packed with multicoloured tropical fish and the other day it shows it’s rough side with waves rolling towards the beach making it the greatest fun for boogie boards but giving a time out for the dive boat.
Nevertheless, you don’t want miss the magnificence of the world down there at the second largest barrier reef in the world, the Palancar Reef. Because of the great diversity here it will make you to want more. Don’t miss it!
Dive sites
The divesites range from easy shallow dives with sponges, seafans, shells, giant crabs, moray eels, lobster, turtles, sting rays and all kind of reef fish to deep dives where you will find sharks at certain times of the year.
Ocean Dive trip
We start the ocean dive trip from our dive center Halocline Diving in Tulum downtown. It’s just a 5 min. car ride to the beach of Tulum, where the diveboat is waiting for us.
We guarantee small personalized dive groups who will be guided only by professional and experienced Instructors.
We recommend a double tank dive which starts at 09.00 am and will be finished around 12.00 pm.
Price includes all equipment, transport, snack, drink and boat fees.
