Prerequisites

Participants of all ages must sign and complete the following forms:

• Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk
• Medical Statement and History
• Standard Safe Diving Practices Statement of Understanding
• Be certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver or have equivalent ratings.

Be 10 years of age or older before the start of the course
